1. RETURNS OF PRODUCTS
Criteria to return an item, A return must be logged within 14 days of date of delivery. Returned Products can only be accepted for a refund if in a re-saleable condition and still in its original packaging. Any free promotional gift or accompanying item must also be included in the return.

1.1 RETURNS POLICY
NUTRIWOMEN may exchange or refund products which have been bought, provided that the product is returned in its original packaging, has not been used, opened or damaged in any manner whatsoever. Products must be returned within a period of 14 days from date of delivery with the original receipt accompanying the product as proof of purchase.
This Policy forms part of the NUTRIWOMEN Terms & Conditions, and so words defined in the Terms & Conditions have the same meaning in this Policy, unless the context indicates otherwise. Nothing in this Policy is intended to limit your statutory rights in any way.
Refunds will only be processed if the product is returned in accordance with the above specifications and the refund will be allocated in the same manner the transaction transpired ie:
If the items was purchased with a card it will be refunded to the same card which was used to purchase the item. Under no circumstances will we refund any purchase price to a different card to that which was used for payment in the original transaction;
If the payment was made by EFT it will be refunded by EFT (bank transfe);
1.2 DAMAGED/ DEFECTIVE PRODUCTS
Should an item be damaged (product is squashed or visibly damaged during transit), please email us on [email protected]
We undertake to fully refund the cost of any defective or damaged product provided that the aforementioned terms are complied with.
For NUTRIWOMEN, quality is paramount, we thoroughly test all our products and it is extremely rare for our products to be damaged or defective.
Returned Products are inspected by NUTRIWOMEN and refunded/exchanged if the damage is the result of a manufacturing defect or is considered unsafe or inferior quality.
We do not refund Products that were:
Obtained from a source other than an www.NUTRIWOMEN.co.za
Damaged by abuse or negligence
Damaged by misuse or other than the intended purpose
Not cared for according to the instructions
1.2.1 YOU DELIVERED THE INCORRECT ITEM. WHAT DO I DO?
Should you have received the incorrect item (product, size) than that ordered, please email us on [email protected] within 7 days after receiving it. The courier company will collect
the product from you and once we have received and inspected it, you will be issued with a voucher code to order the product again at no cost (free shipping included too). You can also request a refund on your credit card should you prefer this.
1.2.2 I HAVE RECEIVED MY CORRECT ORDER BUT JUST DON’T WANT IT ANYMORE. WHAT DO I DO?
If the product has been received by you and isn’t faulty, you will not be able to return it for a refund. Please ensure that you don’t purchase a product if you aren’t willing to accept the purchase in full.
